Fabulous and clean place, nice view to the surrounding nature and vineyards. Big room, shower facilities, a hair dryer, and terry dressing gowns in the room. Courteous staff and perfect location close to the nature, the center, and a wonderful park. Exceptional service, parking outside. Not to mention free wifi!

We had a REAL GOOD time here and would not hesitate to return there. The property was fairly clean with very helpful staff.

Relaxing and fabulous venue, excellent location so close to the Castle ruins, shops and restaurants and the surrounding nature and vineyards. Romantic rooms with facilities like central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The bedroom was lovely and the staff amiable and excellent! Clean pool, parking outside. The pool had a sauna and sun loungers.

The staff were friendly and excellent. the service was terrific. Magnificent very central location close to surrounding nature and vineyards, Castle ruins, shops, and restaurants.

The stuff was loyal, and the restaurant was GOOD. For lunch or dinner go to Markgrafler Winzerstuben, located minutes away from the hotel.

The room seemed a bit small.

Amazing and stunning location just off Badenweiler. Great pool. Great to have a gourmet restaurant for dinner.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location was perfect, with the thermal pools just a short walk away. The staff treated us like VIPs, providing exceptional service and making us feel at home throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could be improved by ensuring that the buffet is fully stocked during busy hours.

The staff were friendly and the views were breathtaking, plus they offered private parking.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was smaller than it seemed in pictures, but it was still perfect for walking and exploring the nearby cassiopea therme. We enjoyed taking a short walk into town to visit the Castle ruins, shops, and restaurants. The spa area was really nice, with mineral waters that were incredibly relaxing. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was awesome! It was comfortable and had really great amenities. the breakfast spread was amazing with such a variety of food options to choose from. I really enjoyed the central location of the hotel which made it easy for me to get around during my business trip. the hotel was only a short drive away from many of the key locations that I needed to visit. Another thing that I absolutely loved about this hotel was the very attentive and friendly staff!

Although the hotel was great, there were just a couple of minor issues. the room could have had more international TV channels, as not everyone understands the local language.
